Let's Get Well - Adelle Davis
Although we've not read this book, it comes very highly recommended by
Julie Starkel, our nutritionist. She was amazed at simple but powerful secrets contained within
"Let's Get Well." So much so that she was inspired to follow her passion into a career of helping people
regain and maintain their health through medical nutrician therapy and nutrition councelling!

Anatomy of the Spirit: The Seven Stages of Power & Healing - Caroline Myss
Author and Medical Intuitive, Caroline Myss, articulates (initially through her work with Dr. Norm Shealy, MD),
a new, thorough and powerful paradigm that describes the power of the human spirit, and how you can unlock and manage
that power more effectively. The context? Health of course. She shares her sophisticated yet simple understanding of
how our electromagnetic bodies are shaped by our experiences, our choices and by how we manage our personal spiritual
energy.
For anyone who wants to understand more about how they arrived at their current physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual state - and needs a "language" and "tools" to help them change course, there is no better book to start with -
except maybe another one of Caroline's groundbreaking books "Why People Don't Heal & How They Can."

Me to We - Craig & Marc Kielburger
Absolutely true to its title, this book challenges us to move from a "Me" oriented to a "We" oriented philosophy
and outlook of how to live our lives. Story after story illuminates the amazing richness, hope, inspiration
and peace that develops between people living a philosophy of "We" first instead of "Me" first.
Even better, research shows that adopting a "Me to We" philosophy increases your odds of improving
your emotional and physical health, stengthening your family and faith, and accessing a highter
quality of life. The authors write "We have written this book because we have seen what is possible:
one small step of kindness contributes to one large step for human kind."
Terrific book for anyone interested in exploring the positive impact that "contributing" to others
has on our health, our communities and our lives!

Many Lives, Many Masters - Brian L. Weiss, M.D.
A compelling case study (true story) of a VERH prominent psychotherapist, his young patient and the past-life therapy that
changed both their lives.
"Dr. Brian Weiss was a astonished and skeptical when one of this patients began recalling past-life
traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. His skepticism was eroded, however,
when she began to channel messages from the "space between lives," which contained remarkable revelations about Dr. Weiss'
family and his deceased son. Using past-life therapy, he was able to cure the patient and embark on a new, more meaningful
phase of his own career."
This is definitely a book that will make you say to yourself, "Huh? Really? Unbelievable!" Remember though
- it's a true story!
